Everyone books and pays for their own accommodation. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel by phone or email, using the booking code "LHR26". Reservations must be made by 20.7.2026, when the quota will be exhausted and unsold rooms will be released for free sale.

Everyone pays on site with cash or credit card.⁠

A pin code is included with the booking confirmation, which you can use to check in at the check-in machine when the reception is closed.

Strikes, fires, or other unusual circumstances beyond the control of GreenStar Hotels Ltd entitle GreenStar Hotels Ltd to cancel the terms of the agreement without prior notice or liability for compensation. The same applies to the guest.
